Morning Workshop
Truffle Dog Scent Training
Presented by Detection Dogs SA
When: 10:00am - 12:00pm
This workshop will be directed by Warren &
Dean, experts in canine scent detection. 

This workshop will run for 2 hours, and
consists of 2 separate components

The first half will be presented inside and
will cover the basics of truffle scent training.

The second half will be a live training demonstration conducted outside.

Workshop includes a networking lunch
from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
 Afternoon Workshop 1
Truffle Farm Maintenance
Presented by Noel Fitzpatrick & Committee
When: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
This workshop immediately follows the
networking lunch held at the venue
from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. 

Noel Fitzpatrick will moderate a panel of
farm operators each with varying
production sizes.

We aim to cover all aspects of farm
maintenance during this presentation.

Questions from the audience are welcome,
and encouraged.

Workshop followed by afternoon tea.
Afternoon Workshop 2
Code of Best Practice
Presented by ATIA's COBP Sub-committee
When: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
During this workshop, members will analyze
each section of the COBP in small groups,
and provide valuable feedback and
 differing grower perspectives.

It is important to have as many
members present to ensure the most
comprehensive result for the future
of the industry.
Evening Networking Event
Hosted @ Ela Restaurant,
226 South Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000
When: From 6:30pm
This is a cocktail-style networking
event that includes canape's. 

Drinks are to be purchased at
your own cost.

This will be a great opportunity to network
with other truffle growers.
Tuesday, May 28th Events - Doors open from 8:00am
